Ordering is open. These are the shipping and returns terms for every YP | Young Planner™ order placed on this site.
Shipping rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $7.95. Orders of $75.00 or more ship free within the United States.
All prices and shipping charges are in U.S. dollars, and the rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
We currently ship within the United States only. Carriers and delivery windows are confirmed in your shipping email.
Payment
Payment is taken through Stripe on a secure, hosted checkout page. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach this site.
Stripe emails your payment receipt as soon as the order goes through, and your order summary is shown on the confirmation page.
Order handling
Orders are prepared in the order they are received. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it leaves us.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn, unwashed apparel with tags attached can be returned or exchanged. Size exchanges are welcome — youth grow fast.
Start a return by sending your order number through the contact form and we will send instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with a photo and your order number and we will make it right.
Add your final return window and carrier delivery estimates here once fulfilment is arranged.
